All orders are processed within 7–14 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

As a dropshipping business, products may be shipped directly from our suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Africa: 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 10–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking instructions.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become available.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
